Day 14:

It has been said that “music is what feelings sound like.” Let’s feel inspired today by thinking about songs that promote positive images of women and girls. Some examples of songs include: “Brave” by Sara Bareilles, “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten, “Listen” by Beyonce, “Beautiful” by Christina Aguilera, “Brand New Me” by Alicia Keys, “Greatest Love of All” by Whitney Houston, “R.E.S.P.E.C.T” by Aretha Franklin, and “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child.

Take Action:

Think of some songs that promote positive images of women and girls and share them with, discuss them with, and/or play them for others.
